Which of those do you prefer ? Choose from: - comics strips - cartoons before "Garfield & Friends" - "Garfield & Friends" (1987-1993 ) - live actors movies ( "Garfield: The Movie & Garfield: A Tail Of Two Kitties ) - animated movies ( "Garfield Gets Real", "Garfield's Fun Fest" & "Garfield's Pet Force" ) - "The Garfield Show" ( 2009 )
The comics are so awesome I have like 20/30 of them I want them aaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll The 3D show is not "garfield-ish" at all But Garfield and friends and the live actor movies were so awesome /)^3^(\
I've seen garfield gets real + pet force but didnt really enjoyed it. havent seen fun fest, i was at school o3o
When I was in London, I've bought British issue comics book from 2006 "Garfield: Kowabunga!" ; when I compared it with our Polish comics issues from early 2000s, they have same layout.
Looks like we had your translated issues sold here !
When we had German TV channels in here, I managed to record on VHS few "Garfield and Friends" episodes from Sat.1 ( they were shown on Saturdays ) - I find it better-quality than our Polish "dub" from 1990s ( when one guy read quotes of every character ), except the voice actor who dubbed Garfield ( his voice did not convince me ).
Oh really I like the German voice of Garfield in the cartoon very much. He also dubbed other roles in animated works like Itchy in "All dogs go to heaven" (yeah...after Garfield it's a dog), Lucky Luke in the old animated series and Paul McCartney in "Yellow Submarine" (where he sounds much much younger for plausible reasons). Just to name a few. But I respect your opinion. I don't like the German voice of Garfield in the first live movie, Thomas Gottschalk (maybe Germany's most popular show host - but as a voice actor he sucks ass). And btw, I find Polish "dubs" interesting but also weird and not enjoyable.
